Joan has been a team member at ODEC since January 2009. She has twelve years experience in web development and design. Joan has been running her own online retail business for about ten years.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Western Oregon University, an Associate of Liberal Arts from Blue Mountain Community College and Associate of Applied Science in Computer Programming - Computer Support from Chemeketa Community College. She just completed the re-training program at Chemeketa after working for Boise Cascade for twenty-four years.

Joan has three cat children of her own and has worked with a feral cat rescue program in Eastern Oregon. When not working she enjoys spending time working in the garden.
