The final exam is administered on the last day of class. Make-up classes may not, therefore, be taken on the last day of a class unless the student still needs to take the final exam.
MISSED CLASS MAKE-UP FORM
- Print make-up class form.
- Please instruct your student to have the make-up form filled out and signed by the instructor of the make-up class they are attending.
- This form is then forwarded to the office so that we may notate the Student’s chart.
You may fax, mail or email this form to us.
Please note: Students must make up the same number of hours that were missed from their original class. Example: Student’s regular class is three hours per period. Three hours must be made up.
